Malacca day 2 :) Okay, let's straight to the point. I guess you guys are boring with my words :P *blogging with an iPad is so much easier*
This is the building where Tunku Abdul Rahman announced that we were going to Merdeka :D
Closed my eyes purposely. The sunlight is effing bright that day. Wtf. Better than raining :P
Posed like a model. HAHAHA! Kill me please. Wtf. Shameless me.
This car is so cool. Do you remember Form 3 Sejarah? This is the car which Tunku Abdul Rahman ride on when he came back from the port going to announce big big news. Couldn't believe that they keep it until today. This car is still in good condition from the apparel.
Tutu-car. RM 10 per ride :)
This is A' Famosa. Ports De Santiago. *wtf. Who doesn't know?* You can walked from the Stadhuys to here. It only takes about 10 minutes. No vehicle is allowed in this area. So, you can walk freely :P BTW, smoking is strictly prohibited for this whole area. There are polices everywhere.
Inside the A' Famosa.
Staircase behind the A'Famosa. This staircase lead to the St. Paul Church.
The behind-look of A'Famosa.
Souvenirs everywhere.
Inside the St. Paul Church.
You can have a higher view at the Melacca City here. The air is so fresh and clean. Real thingy. Play no cheat.
Had our brunch after visited the A'Famosa and St. Paul Church. It's easy to get food there. There is a food court inside the shopping centre located beside A'Famosa. Dataran Pahlawan if I'm not mistaken.
Sungai Melaka. You can take a 45-minute Melaka River Cruise to explore the downtown area like old warehouses, shop houses, bridges and Kampung Morten, a traditional village. RM10 for adult and RM5 for child.
Baba and Nyonya Heritage Museum. This is THE-MUST-COME place I tell you. Too bad no camera is allowed. Very unique. This building is typical of the 19th century Baroque-style homes of wealthy Chinese families. Furnished with Chinese rosewood furniture with a mix of Chinese, Victorian and Dutch designs. This museum was the ancestral home of three generations of a Baba Nyonya family. There are also some traditional clothes of Baba Nyonya. Have you ever watched a Singapore drama named-"Little Nyonya 小娘惹"? They filmed it here. I love their tradition.
Goodbye Melacca! We will be back!
....back to Kay Elle....
Checked in hotel and off we go again. Ww want to Timesquare to grab some food. & SHOPPING!
Had our dinner at Korean restaurant. Nice decor and the price in reasonable :)
Iced-green tea :D
Korean-style of spoon and chopstick. Heavy and long.
